Experience
Before opening the firm in 2004, Monty was previously associated with small plaintiff-oriented law firms in the North Dallas area. While the vast majority of his training was spent fighting for the little guy in myriad types of civil cases, he spent a brief period of time working for an insurance defense firm as well as with the Dallas County district courts.
Personal
A native of northeast Iowa, Monty has been married for over 10 years to wife Sonya. They have two children, Andrew (9) and Sydney (4). He's also an avid sports fan and an able-handed do-it-yourselfer. |
